Type A - Vessel symmetrically on two saddles |

Type B – Vessel symmetrically on three or more equidistant saddles |

Type C – Vessel on two or more arbitrary located saddles |
For saddle supports of type A the program checks the geometrical data, the data of the filling medium and the material data and then it determines if a proof is required.
For saddle supports of types A and B the program determines the acting forces and moments at the saddles according to 16.8.5 and then it performs a proof according 16.8.6 to 16.8.8.
The program does not treat saddle supports of type C as an extra saddle type.
