Design verification of horizontal pressure vessels supported by saddle supports according to ASME BPVC Section VIII Division 2 (2025), Paragraph 4.15.3 (L. P. Zick analysis). Evaluates the internal moments (M1, M2) and shear force (T) at the saddles, the longitudinal, tangential shear and circumferential stresses in the shell and head, the stiffening-ring stresses and the horizontal saddle force Fh, together with the corresponding acceptance criteria. The stress coefficients K1..K10 of Table 4.15.1 are evaluated as closed-form functions of the saddle contact angle.
