For reinforcements with reinforcement width b_R ≥ supporting shell width b:

s_A = min(s_a+h-c₁-c₂; 2·s_e)

For reinforcements with reinforcement width b_R < supporting shell width b:

s_A = min(s_a+(h-c₁-c₂)·b_R/b; 2·s_e)                                        see also AD2000 B9 4.3.3

Distance between openings in the base body.

Input only required if there is another opening in the basic body

Distance to the nearest disturbance (e.g. circumferential weld) of the base body.

Only required if the opening is close to such a disturbance.
