Variable 5 – Air factor

The air factor (lambda or n) is the ratio of the actual amount of combustion air and the amount of air required for the stoichiometric combustion.

Air factor = 1 means stoichiometric combustion, i.e. no oxygen in the flue gas.

Air factor = 1.2 means 20% excess air.

The air factor is pre-defined as 1.05. You can overwrite this value at aby time.
