Material server
A material is not arbitrary text. The stable LV material ID is authoritative; designation and temperature-dependent properties are derived from it.
Material calculation dependencies
| Information | B1 contract |
|---|---|
| Material ID | V22 |
| Rule set | AD2000 |
| Temperature | V24 |
| Wall thickness | V9 |
| Outside diameter | V2 |
| Derived strengths | K → V4, K' → V17 |
MCP sequence
- Search by material number/name with
lv_search_materials. - Accept only an engineering-unambiguous match. For exact historical duplicates use the highest LV ID; otherwise ask.
- Check K and K' with
lv_get_material_strengthusing temperature, thickness, diameter and AD2000. - Treat V22 as a material ID. The semantic B1 fill plan normally resolves selection and strengths together.
Reference: LV ID
1232 is 1.4571(P) = X 6 CrNiMoTi 17-12-2. At 120 °C, 8 mm and Da 600 mm the verified values were K = 218 N/mm² and K' = 260 N/mm².If K or K' cannot be resolved, do not continue with guessed values. Fix material service conditions or request explicit engineering-approved values.
