MCP and AI operation

B1 provides a curated semantic MCP workflow. Use it instead of guessing individual variable writes.

Complete workflow

  1. Read lv_get_module_profile { module: "B1" }.
  2. Resolve a material name with lv_search_materials when required.
  3. Call lv_prepare_fill_plan with module, variant and semantic values.
  4. Review canApply, missing inputs, assumptions and warnings.
  5. Validate via lv_validate_fill_plan.
  6. Only then call lv_apply_fill_plan.
  7. Read lv_get_results and report success, warnings, governing case, V1/V9/V36/V37.

Example arguments

{
  "module": "B1",
  "variant": "cylinder",
  "values": {
    "outsideDiameter": 600,
    "temperature": 120,
    "pressure": 1.5,
    "testPressure": 2,
    "material": 1232,
    "weldFactor": 1,
    "wallThickness": 8,
    "length": 2000,
    "c1": 0.3,
    "c2": 0
  }
}

Do not

  • Do not add V38 as a normal fill-plan input.
  • Do not silently confuse bar and MPa.
  • Do not write result variables.
  • Do not write arbitrary designation text into V22.
  • Do not apply a plan with missing required inputs or unresolved material strengths.
